Precautions to protect yourself from Corona virus (COVID – 19)

Protect Yourself Corona Virus Covid -19 from the globally spread coronavirus you should follow the  following steps:

As prescribed by the medical associations we should follow their instructions

  1. You should wash your hands regularly.
  2. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  3. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.
  4. beware of sanitizer duplication.
  5. Avoid touching your face, eyes, and mouth.
  6. Stay away from social gatherings.
  7. Stay home to protect yourself from CoronaVirus.
  8. Cover your mouth while going outside.
  9. Avoid going out of your home.
  10. Adopt the concept of Namastey India in spite of shaking hands.
  11. Avoid the consumption of junk food.
  12. Maintain social distancing at any place.
  13. While sneezing cover your mouth
  14. If we feel ill we should not delay and go for a checkup.
  15. We should keep a distance of at least 1 cm.
